How to Get Started with Feeleon

Register and Log In: Access the Feeleon web app by registering and logging in.

Create a Group: Set up the group for which you want to create anonymous surveys.

Share a Code: Provide a unique code to the members of your group so they can join.

Design Your Question Set: Create a custom set of questions by selecting from predefined questions and answer options or use pre-made question sets.

Set Response Frequency: Define how often your team will complete the Fast Surveys.

Approve Members: Accept team members into the group you've created in Feeleon.

Inform Your Team: Let your team know when they need to respond to the Fast Surveys.

Monitor Results: Track the results of your Fast Surveys and identify those who don't respond. (You won't see individual answers, but Feeleon will inform you about non-respondents!)

Take Action: Adjust your team's activities and focus areas based on the Fast Survey results.
Respondent Instructions
Register and Log In: Access the Feeleon web app by registering and logging in.
Join a Group: Use the code provided by your manager, coach, or teacher to join the group.
Response Schedule: Your manager will inform you about the response dates.
Answer Honestly: Respond to the surveys truthfully, as your answers remain anonymous. However, your manager will know who hasn't responded.
- Quick and Beneficial: Answering takes only a few minutes but provides significant value. This is your opportunity to highlight if something is not right "beneath the surface" or if you're feeling unwell. In addition to providing a numerical answer to each question, you can also give anonymous open feedback.
- Anonymous Communication: Your coach can reply to your anonymous message, but they won't know who the message is from unless you choose to tell them.
