Introduction to Fast Surveys

Three Ways to Get Started for Your Target Audience

1. Choose the most suitable fixed question set from the predefined options and start using it immediately.

This approach is perfect for those who want to get started quickly without spending time on customization. You'll have a ready-to-use framework that helps you gather valuable feedback right away.

2. Select the most relevant fixed question set for your needs and use it for a few rounds of surveys.

This helps you get started quickly and may give you insights into what type of survey you actually need. Then, switch to a fully customizable survey where each question is tailored to your exact requirements.

3. Create your ideal survey directly by selecting from the predefined questions and customizing them to suit your needs.

This option provides maximum flexibility and allows you to build a survey that perfectly matches your goals. You can also adjust the questions along the way based on the feedback or changing requirements.

Guidelines

Guidelines for using question sets to help you implement Feeleon efficiently and maximize its benefits:

The more questions you include, the less frequent the intervals between Fast Surveys. For example:

  • Once a week: Approximately 10 questions
  • Every two weeks: Around 15-20 questions
  • Once a month: About 20-30 questions

The creator of the Fast Survey can set the response frequency to exactly what they prefer.

  • Tie Responses to a Shared Event: Align survey completion with a regular event or gathering where respondents can easily be reminded to participate. This ensures higher response rates and consistent feedback collection.

  • Weekly Feedback for Sports Teams: For sports teams, a weekly response rhythm is ideal. This allows you to detect early signs of overtraining and take corrective action. Adjustments might include reducing training intensity, increasing rest periods, or providing education on nutrition's role in recovery and performance.

  • Monthly Feedback in Schools and Workplaces: In schools and workplaces, a monthly response frequency typically works best. This strikes a balance between gathering meaningful insights and avoiding survey fatigue among participants.

  • Frequent Feedback in Bullying Cases: For addressing bullying or sensitive situations, a higher frequency is recommended. Weekly responses—or even twice a week in urgent cases—help monitor progress closely and adapt interventions quickly.

  • Avoid Daily Surveys: Daily responses are rarely practical or insightful. Day-to-day fluctuations can be influenced by numerous factors, making the data less reliable. Weekly surveys allow respondents to reflect on patterns and events over a broader time frame, leading to more balanced and actionable insights.

Feeleon provides flexibility to adjust the survey frequency and format to suit your unique needs, ensuring you can respond effectively to feedback while fostering meaningful improvement.
